THEME: THE GLORY OF GOD REVEALED (Isaiah 40:4-5)
TOPIC: YOU CAN EXPERIENCE GOD’S GLORY
“And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” Isaiah 40:5. Experiencing God’s glory is a profound and life-changing encounter. God’s glory is not simply one of His attributes, but the very expression of His nature. From the visible majesty of creation to the transforming power of salvation, God’s glory is real, personal, and motivating. (2Corinthians 3:18) “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image. (Psalm 63:2) I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory.”_ God’s glory is the manifestation of God’s presence, majesty, and divine nature.
Aspects of God’s Glory
1. God’s Presence: God’s glory represents His presence and majesty.
2. God’s Power: God’s glory showcases His power and might.
3. God’s Holiness: God’s glory highlights His holiness and righteousness.
Understanding God’s Glory
1. Beyond Human Comprehension: God’s glory is beyond human comprehension, but it can be experienced (Exodus 33:18-19).
2. Radiance and Light: God’s glory is often described as radiance and light (Ezekiel 1:28).
Ways to Experience God’s Glory
1. Seek God with an Open Heart: Like Moses, seek God with a desire to see His glory (Exodus 33:18-19). 2. Contemplate God’s Word: Meditate on God’s Word to behold His glory (2 Corinthians 3:18).
3. Worship and Praise: Engage in worship and praise to experience God’s presence and glory (Psalm 63:2).
4. Being Transformed: Experiencing God’s glory can transform us into His image (2 Corinthians 3:18).
5. Ask God to remove your thirst for human praise.
6. Increase your spiritual appetite by spending time with God. This prayer should fill your heart this month; LORD SHOW ME YOUR GLORY. God will reveal His Glory to you and your family and you shall groan no more in the mighty name of Jesus Christ
